    Hi anonymous user
Per my test, this is by design and the three title columns have the same feature. What's more, if you add the three title to your view, you could only see one in form when you create new item and the value in the three "Title" column will be same:

It seems that there is a primary one in them and the other two are secondary.

Because if I rename the other two, I will get three different names' "Title" columns:

Howerver, if I rename the primary one, I will get three same names' "Title" columns:

And the "Title" column in list settings is also the primary one:

So we just need to use the default "Title" column, it is the primary one. If we use a secondary "Title" column, it won't have much impact either.

    Three years and no answer.

I would ask how you even deleted the 2nd and 3rd title columns, but since they just come back it doesn't matter.

Thank you,Yi, for making it clear the problem wasn't something I did.
