VM RDP connection problem

Question

I have problem with RDP connection. Is unabled.
I have agent status - Not ready
Agent version - unknown
I think that there is proble but I don't know how solve it.

Hello, can you provide more information about when this started to happen? Was it after migration to Azure? Or after VM re-deployment?

Please look at the VM Boot Diagnostics settings, from there you will see if the VM is running or not. I would suggest trying to stop the VM and start it again or re-deploy it. Fixing the Azure Agent inside VM will make troubleshooting VM's connectivity or RDP settings much easier.

If VM start/stop or redeployment doesn't help, you will need to use the serial console to connect and fix the network issue. For more information about how to do that, check out his link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/virtual-machines/rdp
