A Microsoft app for iOS and Android devices that enables authentication with two-factor verification, phone sign-in, and code generation
Your admin can disable the Multifactor Authentication for your account by following these steps:
- Go to Azure Active Directory
- Navigate to Properties
- At the bottom you will see a link Manage Security Defaults. Click on that link
- It will show Enable Security Defaults on right hand side of the screen. Set it to No
- Don't forget to save it.
- Go to Users menu. It will show the list of All Users
- At the top heading, you can see a button Per User MFA
- Click on that button. It will open another tab showing the MFA setup for all users.
- You can select your name and disable MFA for your account.
- Save the changes after that.
- Now you can login without MFA
