Hi everyone,
We work daily with various files (created with a Word template) and I would like to sent an email automatically per file on a predefined date (with a link to the file in Onedrive, Teams or Sharepoint) to those who’s has created the file + to 1 general e-mail address to follow up the file.
I had in mind to work with a document that must always contain the name of the editor, as well as the date of the next check so that it can be used for the mailing.
Is this possible via Power automate or another way?
Thanks in advance for all the help and tips!!

    Hi @JorgM

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

Operations involving Word automation generally require the help of VBA, but the tag "office-word-itpro" focuses more on general issue of Word client.
To help you better, I would add the VBA tag.

I would also suggest you try to post a new thread on Microsoft Power Automate community to have confirmation.

    Thanks for your understanding.
