Please i need your help on this.

We have installed praise app on teams. But not getting the report as expected like how many users got praises since last 7 days or 30 days or 90 days.

I have researched on this. But did not get any solution. Please help out on this.

By this, are you referring to the Teams app usage report?

Is Praise a newly installed app in your organization? And it has indeed been used by users recently, right? If this is the case, based on my test, seems like it's by design that apps like Praise which displayed in the chat pane are not included in the apps usage report.

Please, we need a Reporting tool for praise
