Unable to find/start "Burn to Disc"

I am running Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.19044 N/A Build 19044
(Could it not be available in my version?)
I select the files, and then the 'share' tab, and the burn option is grayed out.
Registry settings are fine for all entries of 'NoCDBurn'
Hardware is good, disc is good
Device manager shows it in place and no errors or events
AV turned off

I am stumped :(

    Hello @stay puft

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

You can apply below Methods to use burn disk feature in Windows 10.

    Method 1:

A simplest workaround that doesn't involve any registry settings is to simply right click on the file, select Open With, and select Choose another app.
Select More apps and scroll to the bottom and select Look for another app on this PC.
Navigate to C:\Windows\System32, select isoburn.exe, and click Open

    Method 2:

    Using Default Apps
Click Start, Settings, and click Apps.
    Click Default apps
    Click “Set defaults by app”
Scroll down the list, locate “Windows Disk Image Burner”
Select “Windows Disk Image Burner”, and click Manage
Select Windows Explorer option from the drop-down, for both .img and .iso file types

Hope this answers your question :)
    Thank you.

Perhaps this is my mistake; Does the ISOBURNER.EXE only work with ISO and IMG??

I had thought in the past that I had burned regular files with the built in utility
