Can't create GPU virtual workstations

Hello everyone,
We're a small NZ game studio trying to harness Azure's power. We encountered a problem creating virtual workstations with GPUs. For some reason, even if there is a quota available, I cannot choose the particular size
This is our quota, but we can't choose it between Australia Central or South East Asia. We tried creating a support ticket, but nobody ever replied. Is there anything we can do?
