Can we hide "Participants" tab for webinar atendees?

Basically we don't want the attendees to see who else and how many people are also in the webinar, is there anyway we can hide the "Participants" for attendees/ guests?

No, not yet. Microsoft is currently working on this, and it should hopefully be available by end of next quarter. Just in case you can go vote it up over at the Feedback portal: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/99fe0515-272e-ec11-b6e6-00224827bbc2
And in the meantime, you can use Live events if you want to hide the full list of participants.
