Outlook automatically setting SSL on MacOS when using Exchanges

macOS 12.2.1, Outlook version 16.58 (22021501), not using the 'new Outlook' feature since it doesn't support Exchanges.

The problem is that every time I close and reopen the MacBook, it will automatically check the SSL option, and once it uses SSL it will never be able to connect the server (could be some server strategy not supported for this option).

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?
And have you get any error when you are unable to connect to the server? If so, would you like to provide the screenshot about the error for our better research?
