After I used these codes in powershell(admin), I uninstall the widgets. But when I want to intall back, I can't do that. What can I do to get my widgets back?

Do something funny in your life. If you cannot get Explorer.exe to work due to missing Widgets, then you are not screwed! Screw that slimeball MSStore app that won't start up due to being tied to a working Explorer.exe! And you do not even have to pay me! Check this out, fren.

    1) alt + ctrl + del
    2) run "msedge" & kill Explorer.exe
    3) go here
    4) download http://tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/9beffc78-23be-413a-8762-9f8dc728ce9f?P1=1670365393&P2=404&P3=2&P4=ZtlC3r2vIgK9qS8khaWUkrI7wmeqK1oshxTnyg1hALjhDsqeueBxutc1eqK%2bqF8ftgik0oPtBIzj%2btxux19obA%3d%3d
    5) run "powershell"
    6) ps exec "Add-AppPackage FILENAME*"
    7) run "explorer.exe"
