Microsoft Teams Essentials - License

I have a doubt about "limitations" of the Microsoft Teams Essentials :

basically we have an integration in place calling the Graph API that create users, assigns license, create groups, teams, channels and make them interconnected via Teams. That's it.

Now one of our client would like to try/move from current license to Microsoft Teams Essentials . Everything should be compatible, I'm only afraid of losing all the teams/channels that exists till now because of the Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard license. Cause I didn't get if the Microsoft Teams Essentials is capable of generating and handling the teams/channel items.

Here (Microsoft Teams Essentials comparison) this schema confuses me : under "Chat and collaboration" the field Teams and Channels there's no Yes .

Does it mean teams and channel CANNOT be created with this license?

Any help would be appreciated

The differences between Microsoft Teams Essentials and Microsoft 365 Business Basic plans are primarily around Teams functionality and cloud storage. Essentials only offers 10GB of OneDrive storage, compared to the 1TB available on Business Basic. Essentials also lacks meeting recording and transcripts functionality, real-time translation, breakout rooms, and whiteboard integration.
