WIFI Hidden Network

When Viewed on a spectrum analyzer, my WIFI shows my SSID and a Hidden network for my network.
I also see some other network SSID's that have an associated Hidden network like it is part of their SSID.
Why?

Yes I am aware that I can HIDE my SSID in my router settings... but it is not hidden. Yet I see an associated Hidden network with my SSID
