Delegates on shared mailbox are noticing a delay of several minutes for calendar entries to show up after they are created (OWA)

Hope you are doing good.
So i have an issue with users who are delegates on Shared Mailbox, we are in office 365 environment with all mailboxes hosted on the cloud.
No matter which delegate creates calendar entry from Shared Mailbox in OWA ( Open in another Mailbox OWA option), other delegates can only view these entries several minutes after creating those meetings.
Delay of 10-15 minutes or sometime hours it could take, after it was created for delegate to see those meetings.
How do i go about troubleshooting the problem, should i capture browser trace (f12 or Fiddler) or calendar diagnostic logs
