When I created my account it shows that there is an account under an old deleted gmail account that has an Authenticator code that I've never signed up for why?

I'm asking about the whatsupbuttercup account. Why does it show as an "active" account that I deleted.. and states that I have a code through Authenticator when I have never set one up.

Can't say for sure, you may need to check the two factor settings from within the gmail account setting.
