When trying to upload a certificate file I get the following error

"We're having problems communicating with the server.
Click to contact Azure Support"

The notification shows:
Add Certificate running
Uploading certificate xxx time ago.

After refreshing the page, the notification is not there.
After trying to request support, it tries to check the last error events, but this error event is not registered, So I cannot even request support

I checked this other forum post
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/192112/error-message-occurs-when-trying-to-upload-pfx-cer.html
But I am owner

@Jose Leon , Apologies for the delay from over the weekend and the inconvenience with this issue.

Did you try uploading the private/public certificate?

If it’s a private certificate (if you haven’t already), kindly ensure that the private certificate meets all the requirements as mentioned in the document.

--You may review the past operations/error messages by navigating to Azure Monitor> Activity Log.

    >The Activity Log provides insight into the operations on each Azure resource in the subscription from the outside (the management plane) in addition to updates on Service Health events.

I Just test uploaded a certificate and it was successful.
