The Microsoft SQL Server 2012 is not supported on Windows 11 and you will have to install SQL Server 2017 or 2019, take a look at:

Trying to Install MSSQL 2012 in newly purchased Pre-installed Window11 PC.
The following error occurs:-

2022-03-12T16:40:47.47+00:00 As Reza said, SQL 2012 is not supported on Windows 11, and later this year SQL 2012 will go out of extended support and become unsupported.
If you need to run SQL 2012 to support some legacy software, I would recommend that you create a virtual machine and run SQL 2012 inside the VM.
There are some general problems with installing SQL Server on Windows 11 with some hard disks where Windows 11 reports a disk sector size SQL Server cannot handle. This Microsoft article discusses this.

This must be the 'version is not supported' issue. You should choose the right version, like SQL Server 2017, SQL Server 2019.Best regards,
