Memory error and Discord restart loop/crash

Web browsers, all of them, have memory error sometimes and discord is not usable, all the time restart loop/crash. Have had hardware checked ( ALL OK) and fresh windows 10 install and still same story.

i don't find any error in my PC, only thing what im getting is Out of Memory error on each browser i download, if i get Out of memory error i need to reload page and everything is fine till another Out of Memory error. Inside discord there is no error, only random discord restarts/crash restart, don't know how to call it. Playing games i don't get any error/game crash. It started 3-4 weeks ago.

Thank you for contacting us and taking the time to describe your scenario to us. It seems you are facing "Out of memory" error while using your web browsers.

The common cause for this issue would be because you don't have enough available memory for your browsers to load the data. Kindly verify following steps to ensure you have required space in c drive.

Check the available space in C drive or the primary drive where your OS runs.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
Clear temp files

If you have enough space in C drive, but still the issue persist, please verify following steps. You may receive an error "Out of Memory" because of the desktop heap limitation.

This problem occurs because of the desktop heap limitation. When you close some windows, and then try to open other windows, these windows may open.However, this method doesn't affect the desktop heap limitation

Even steamlabs crashes. Only thing what does not crash is games...

What antivirus product are you using? Windows Defender? Turn off real time protection and see if that helps.

Can you post a screen image of your task manager's memory display? Like this.

Memory and processes look fine. Can you turn off Kaspersky's real time monitor? Or maybe boot into safe mode with network access and try to browse some sites.

There has to be something installed on your pc that is causing the problem.

Nothing crashes in safe mode. After normal boot I have disabled totaly kaspersky but still crashes discord/web browsers/streamlab etc.

i disabled from taskmanager-> startup Realtek HD Audio Manager and nothing has crashed for 30min now...heh????

There is still one problem. Just tested. When i download something there is sometimes network error......But atm streamlabs has not crashed, still testing.

That would seem to indicate that you have something else installed, that wasn't running while in safe mode, that is causing the problem. And its' almost impossible to run a 64 bit process out of memory, so you must be running into some other limitation.

When you get into this out of memory condition, are you able to launch other programs, like notepad? What about other apps that access the network, like the news or weather apps?

If the problem only affects programs that access the network, then what other network software do you have installed? VPN?

When web browser out of memory error happens i just have to reload it and i can again use it till it says Out of Memory , I can use discord and streamlambs aswell but when they crash i have to relaunch them.
Programs what i have are Quick CPU, MSI Afterburner, Discord, Streamlabs, Battlenet, SteelSeries GG, Geforce Experience ( Nvidia), Kaspersky internet security, Kaspersky VPN. Thats it.
