Master data servcies: Acces to User and Group Permissions section on web app fails

I have currently installed master data services 2019 on my home laptop with windows 10 pro. I have configured the master data services database and setup the web app. However ob the homepage of the web app i am unbale to access the User and Group Permissions section. I get the error, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS in all browsers. See attached screenshots. I have tried clearing cookies and resetting my browser but nothing seems to work.     Hi @Eseosa Omoregie ,

    The reason for ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS is pretty much what it sounds like, something is causing too many redirects, sending your website into an infinite redirection loop.

    Essentially the site is stuck (such as URL 1 points to URL 2 and URL 2 points back to URL 1, or the domain has redirected you too many times) and unlike some other errors, these rarely resolve themselves and will probably need you to take action to fix it. Please try the solutions from below blog to resolve the issue. If it is not work, please feel free to let us know.

    Hi @CathyJi-MSFT

    I hjave tried most of the solutions in the link but it doesnt seem to help. I was thinking perhaps there was a step in the installation of Master data services I had missed or something in IIS.

    I followed this MS document to install and configure master data service, it works well in my environment. Please check your steps from below MS document to find if you missed some steps. Or some checkbox that you did not checked during the installation. But still suggest you checking all the related solutions in the blog that I mentioned in my first reply.
