Share meeting room calendar

Please i need your help on this.

We have delegated access for a meeting room resource to a user in the organization. The user is unable to share this calendar from Outlook web. We need help.

What permissions have you assigned to this user? Have you assigned Full Access permission in Exchange Admin Center?

If the permissions are present, what is the detailed error message when the user tries to share the room calendar in OWA?
And do you have some custom calendar sharing policies?
