Microsoft Exchange Transport Service starting stuck

Hello!
Have MS Exchange 2019 server after installing updates, the transport service freezes in the startup state. The Security Update for Exchange Server 2019 Cummulative update 10 (KB5008631) update was installed. Maybe someone has already encountered this problem?

And please make sure you are using the correct method to install this SU
You could check the result again after installing this SU, if this issue still exist, please check if any error recorded in application log, you could also reboot your server to see if any help.
