windows 10 In place upgrade

Hello

I am trying to do Windows 10 in place upgrade with Task sequence.

All my users have windows 10 installing with Root drive D:/ , one the inplace upgrade done the windows is upgraded with creating new profile on C:/ drive and convert the profile in D:/ Drive to .old

how can i modify the task sequence to do inplace upgrade using Windows 10 profile on D:/ drive

    Having Windows on D:\ drive is a terrible mistake. In-place upgrade is suitable only when existing configuration is properly done, which is non in your case. I suggest you forget about IPU and re-install all machines as clean installations, to get Windows on C: \ as it should be.
