I cannot able to install oracle database 10g on my windows 11 laptop?

after entering password and confirming it loading windows appears and then closes and nothing proceeds further actually its stopping there. what should I do. I also tried going in compatibilty mode and tried other versions along with using run as administrator. but nothing happened.
laptop specs- 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 home single language

Oracle 10g reached end-of-life on 2010 and for sure is not supported on Windows 11.
