Not currently, no. As an easy-to-use workaround, you can schedule a Flow to send a Teams message at a given time. You can also go vote this feature request over at the Feedback portal: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/0f21312d-272e-ec11-b6e6-00224827bbc2
Teams : can a message be scheduled for delayed delivery ?
Hello Microsoft Learning Q&A Community members,
I'm seeking to understand if there is currently a feature or function to delay the delivery of a message in Teams.
use case 1
as a user I would like to be able to delay the delivery of a direct message to another individual in my team via Teams.
if the person has set status to 'busy, or 'do not disturb' I would prefer not to message and notify them right away,
rather 'wait' until status is 'available'.
use case2
*as a user I would like to be able to schedule the delivery of a message during working hours and/or other user has status set to 'available'
OK, I do know it is possible to schedule the delivery of an e-mail message in outlook, is something similar available in Teams?
Thanks in advance for any insights and feedback you can share.
Best Regards,
Lisa Gaillard
