Cannot shutdown windows 10

I shut down my pc from the start > power > shutdown, but when the screen goes black, the power light is still on. I need to press power button to force shut down. I have re-installed windows 10 but nothing can change. What do I need to do.

    Hi,

    Try the methods below and see if they help:

    1: type in Troubleshoot on the search bar > Under Find and fix other problems, click on Power, then Run the troubleshooter >follow the direction

    2: if the method above doesn’t help, I recommend you perform a Windows 10 repair upgrade.

    Hello, 



    Please run Power troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot. See if it helps you.

    Also, temporarily disable Fast startup and check if it works:
