Does Sharepoint Designer 2013 not like this lookup?

I have this if statement in this stage where the workflow appears to get stuck. The stage in question is the second stage in the workflow seen below. The name of this workflow is (Test) New Item Process. This is triggered when a new item is created. When I click on the newly created item on sharepoint and go to workflows under the item tab in the ribbon. I see that (Test) New Item Process is running but appears to be stuck in the PRP ID stage. The third picture shows what is in the lookup. Lastly, the fourth picture shows the DataLookup table from which the lookup is suppose to get data.

I have zero clue where my issue is.

    Hi @Lopez, Ahiezer
I noticed that you are using SharePoint Online, I would suggest you to try to use Power Automate. Even though SharePoint 2013 workflows don’t have an exact retirement date yet, Microsoft has confirmed they will be deprecated at some point in the future—probably sooner rather than later.

As to the step with error, you could refer to this similar flow step:
