Error migrating database in SCCM

I am changing the SCCM database to a new SQL, but when doing so I get the following errors:

ERROR: Failed to create SQL Server [server1.troncoso.com] certificate remotely.
ERROR: Failed to create SQL Server certificate on server server1.troncoso.com
Bootstrap operation failed.
Failed to create machine certificate on server server1.troncoso.com

Do you know any way to solve it?
