Team member is not able to see repo

Question

I added a team member to the ADO project. I can see her in the list of team members as user type 'aad user'.

I checked the security setting for the user under the project and the following are set to 'Allow'.

• Contribute
• Contribute to pull requests
• Create branch
• Create tag
• Manage notes
• Read

However, when she logs into her account on ADO she's able to see the project but when accessing the repo she gets a 404 error.
