How to cancel Project Online account?

I am being invoiced US$30 + tax monthly for over a year for Project Online and access to it disappeared in November last year. After being passed from department to department over several hours early last, month, the online helpers gave up, said they could not help and gave me a local telephone number here in Thailand to call. That resulted in more hours waiting on hold for someone to answer that then passed me to many departments until finally billing I think said the only option is to cancel the subscription and I could be refunded for 3 months only. Nothing more. I use Project off and on for over 20 years, so now I will need to find an alternative! However, no refund, and I am still being charged to my credit card! I got fed up after waiting on hold for 3 hours earlier today, and the customer service is only available during working hours Monday to Friday, so this costs me a lot of work time!

If anyone can assist, my bank says their only option is to cancel my card which has knock-on effects on a lot of other things I pay with that card!

It is a shame I have to ask on a technical forum, but I am at my wits end with this!

    O365 is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Office 365 actively monitors questions over at
