AZ-104 Certification

Question

I finished AZ-104 certification excm at March 1st 2002 by PearsonVUE .
After the exam, my score was 821 and passed.
My name is Shan Gao and MCID is 6214724.
So far, I have not been able to inquire about the AZ-104 certification.
Please help！
