How can I create a bitmap from bytes array of png image in C++

Tried using the below code but it does not seem to work. The value of bm is null

    Probably you did not initialise the engine at startup:

    ULONG_PTR t;
    Gdiplus::GdiplusStartupInput s;
    Gdiplus::GdiplusStartup( &t, &s, nullptr );
