In the company we have several client machines with office 2013 and since yesterday the outlook generates this message:

Researching in Microsoft forums from the WSUS we have deployed several updates (KB) but the error persists, I would like to know which is the correct update (KB) to solve this error and also to deploy it from the WSUS.

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @Eduar Muñoz Murcia ,

Welcome to our forum!

Researching in Microsoft forums from the WSUS we have deployed several updates (KB) but the error persists

What specific updates have you installed?

As I know, on February 28, 2022, Microsoft will start the rollout of the new minimum requirement for Outlook 2013 connecting to Exchange Online. Outlook 2013 customers need only update to the latest supported build as listed on Latest updates for versions of Outlook that use Windows Installer (MSI). Please update your Outlook 2013 to the Latest Public Update.

Hope the above help!

Thank you very much @ChristyZhang-MSFT for the help, with your contribution we managed to solve the error in Outlook 2013, we tested installing the update KB5001934 manually and in some teams the error was solved, we also managed to identify that the teams which did not allow them to install the update was necessary to have installed the service pack 1 of office 2013 (KB2817430).

Based on the tests performed manually we proceeded to deploy in the WSUS updates KB2817430 (SP1 Office 2013) and KB5001934 (Outlook 2013).
