Strange white and black screen on HP Laptop

So randomly my HP Laptop will go to sleep, so I log back in. When it loads onto the desktop, it presents me with several adds for McAfee and WinZip (like usual), but then the screen turns white. I can still see the mouse, but the screen is white. About 10 seconds later, the screen turns black, and goes back and forth between white and black for a couple of minutes. It then will decide if it wants to be mean to me or if it will be nice. If it's nice to me, it will go to sleep and be fine when I turn it on. If it's being mean to me, it will get stuck on the white screen and make me restart it. This is a new laptop (Nov. 2021), and it is definitely not overheating, because the bottom is very cool and the fan is on. This leads me to think it's a software problem. If it is, I'm not surprised, because I am running Build 22572 of Windows 11 Home from the Dev channel on the Windows insider program. I'm not super concerned, as it only does it once or twice a day and I'm running the insider program, but I just wanted to see if this happened to anybody else.

I have seen this before on machines where adware wasn't receiving the payload from the internet and ads were not displaying properly. I would debloat the machine and try to resolve the issue sooner rather than later because this could also be a security risk.
