She cant hear when people call her on Teams but they can hear her.
Does this affect all her calls or meetings?
How about answering the calls via Teams web client?
Any difference if switching to another audio device?
Please first make sure the user is not muted during a call or meeting. Then you can go to Settings > Device within Teams, verify the audio devices are configured properly and make a test call to check the result:
