Trying to get certification transcripts for old MCSE/MCSA certifications

Hello, I'm applying to a graduate degree program and need to get copies of old MCSE (NT 4 & 2000) and MCSA 2003; my ID# is 1293053. I tried getting to them via certification dashboard, but that didn't work. I got original MCSE in 1998/99 timeframe and MCSA around 2008/2009.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @nikolas duncan ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:
Microsoft Certification - Transcript - Missing Exams or Certificates: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_trans-mcp_missingexams
Microsoft Certification - Missing Badge: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_exams-mcp_badges-mcp_missb
    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_mcid
    Microsoft Certification - Profile/Account Linking: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_prof-mcp_link

None of those work and I couldn't figure out the right tag. Is there a "contact us" POC I can request assistance from? What do I need to do to get transcript of previous MS certifications from the past?
