Outlook can't add new profile

In our office we are running Exchange 2019 and Outlook 2019.

all our current Outlook profiles are working fine and ECP and OWA too.

When I try to add a new Outlook profile I get the error "Something when wrong"

I tried with Outlook 2013 and I get the following error:

DNS is working perfectly fine.

The new user is using OWA for now, but I need to fix this issue ASAP.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Is this affected device domain-joined or just in the internal network? If you configure another mailbox on it, would it also fail?

Please run Test E-mail Autoconfiguration via Outlook and post a screenshot of the results under the Logs tag.
(Don't forget to hide your personal information for security)

Since you cannot setup Exchange mailbox in Outlook, you may either:
1:create a profile without a mailbox
2. setup another mailbox(for example, outlook.com, gmail) for test

Thank you for getting back to me.

Her is the log

I can resolve autodiscover.domain.com internally and externally fine.. DNs is working as expected.

Going to https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml I get the following error

According to the result, the cause of this issue may be autodiscover is not working correctly.

If you access this url (https://localhost/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml) via browser on Exchange server, would it show more detailed information?

Hi,
From the error message, I suppose the cause may be the web.config file corrupted under the path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\autodiscover.

Here is a similar thread for your reference: Autodiscover not working after exchange server 2019 cumulative update 11

You may copy and replace the web.config file from the Exchange 2019 ISO (the path should be like E:\Setup\ServerRoles\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\autodiscover) and modify this part:
<linkedConfiguration href="file://%ExchangeInstallDir%FrontEnd\HttpProxy\SharedWebConfig.config"/>
to be the absolute path on your Exchange server.
Example:
<linkedConfiguration href="file://C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\SharedWebConfig.config"/>

Then restart IIS and see if it can help with this issue.
