how to switch between tabs, i used to different methods , but common ctrl+pgup and pgdn doesn t work.

    Could you please tell us which version of Office are you using now?
    On my environnment with Microsoft 365 Apps installed, I can not reproduce your issue.

    Sometimes since the hotkey, please check whether Ctrl + Fn + PgUp/ PgDn key is helpful.

    Here is a similar thread you can have a look "CTRL Page Up/Down".
    Such as using Ctrl key to run Excel in safe mode, safe mode of Excel can help us troubleshoot the add-ins.
    In this link, it also suggest you create a new adminisrator account (Windows profile), running Excel in this new local account to check the userprofile and check whether there is any third-party software causing this issue.
