When I create a csv sink to output the datalake I only seem to have the option "quote all". Either everything is quoted or nothing. Is there a way to only quote text fields?

Hi Heinrich, Thanks for your time on the call the other week. As discussed, at this point you do not have the option to choose which columns you encapsulate in quotes.
However, also as discussed, I will submit this feedback on your behalf to the product team & see whether we could get an option through the import schema interface to selectively choose to only quote single columns.
