Hi ,

Do we have an overall Oracle DB monitoring tool solution on Azure when Oracle is an IaaS solution being used
Request a monitoring at the Db level like long running queries, explain plans ,sessions, etc to understand the DB performance

    Hi,
    Out of the box you do not have such capability. You can build something custom based on Azure Monitor functionality but that requires some advanced knowledge in Azure Monitor,
