How to extract the tables of SAP SF EC ( HCM) from SAP SuccessFactors's SAP HANA database and load them in Purview(metadata repository )
SAP HANA ( IN MEMORY DB) holds the SAP SF EC data model
Hence want to know if the SAP SF EC data model is available to be extracted directly? Or what option should we use?
Note: I m only interested in extracting metadata from SAP SF 'S HANA database which holds the data model of SAP EC

My research says one has to use the ODATA EC data model which is available as a service to extract metadata from SAP SF via a connector that can parse this data .

I agree with the last comment. SAP exposed all the SF Data through OData API's. The data is linked to various entities and you will have to extract the data entity by entity.
