UPS WorldShip and CorelDraw Crashing Frequently With Exception Code 0xc0000005

These are multiple machines, replaced multiple times. All Windows 10 Pro and Domain Joined (Windows Server 2016 running on VMWare). CorelDraw crashes randomly and is hard to replicate, UPS WorldShip crashes multiple times a day and is fairly consistent. Both produce the same exception code.

I've tried running SFC (usually finds issues that get resolved automatically, but the error returns after a while), checking and replacing memory, reinstalling OS (from scratch), replacing the computers, uninstalling the antivirus (BitDefender) and reinstalling the programs. I thought maybe it could be an issue with the Domain Controller, but I unplugged the ethernet cable when testing the programs and would get a different error code. I've also reached out to CorelDraw support (they're just terrible - 90% of calls to them get disconnected before reaching anyone) and UPS WorldShip with no luck. Considering that it's multiple computers, running separate programs and that this has been going on for a year, I'm inclined to believe that there is something seriously wrong with some or all of the network infrastructure but don't know what to do next.

    Hi

Sadly for such case I would tend to check with the application publisher. To be able to have an update if it's not 100% ready for Windows 10.

To help you find the problem, did the crash occur if the user use a local admin account ? and if the computer is just not domain joined ? to rule out a gpo conflicting with the software.
