Face ID issue

Whenever i try to approve of a sign in from another browser or device on one of my microsoft accounts, it keeps saying my Face ID or Passcode has changed and i should re-enable phone sign in. I have no idea what that means, i need help please.

If an account access problem then try resetting via the account recovery form
