Hello there,
If at least 1 user can see the list items properly for the same list I'd recommend comparing permissions between 1 affected user and 1 non affected user. You should go to List settings > Permissions menu and then click on "Verify permission".
If the permissions are the same it is possible to be something local. Can you log with your account on another users' computer that has no issue and vice-versa?
- It can be cache, network, version of the browser, etc.
