Apparently, I have paid for 2 subscriptions for Microsoft Office one for this computer and the second license for my other laptop even though the each subscription that I have paid for was good to be used on a couple of computers. The license on this computer has expired, but the other has not yet. How can I find the information that I would need to add that subscription to this computer? And how can I be sure to keep this from happening in the future?

Since your question is related to Microsoft Office, I have removed the tag "office-exchange-server-administration" which is used for Exchange On-premises server questions and added the correct tag "office-itpro" to it.
