In the team's channel management window I see a list header "channels shared from other teams"; the list is always empty because I'm not able to share channels among teams. How can one do that ?

As mentioned in the blog shared by michev, Shared Channels is a new feature that will roll out to public preview at the end of March. So it's expected that we can not able to share channels currently. To get more information and get ready for Shared channels, you can join Teams public preview now checking the message center post (MC334274).
