Remote Desktop connection Windows Server 2022 Standard: Possible for more than two users simultaeously?

Hello,

is it possible to use Windows Server 2022 Standard remote with more than 2 users simultaneously? E.g., if I buy 5 Remote Desktop Services CALs (RDS CALs) as well as Windows Server 2022 Standard, is it then possible that 5 users simultaneously work REMOTE on the server?

    Hi,

    Yes it's possible if you install a licence server and install the role Remote Desktop session host on the server 2022.
    To add the Licence server on your Server 2022 via a GPO or local GPO:

    rds-activate-license-server
    install-activate-rds-licensing-role-windows-server
