is Microsoft One Drive Family and Microsoft Bussiness have different kind of access for Microsoft Graph?

I have a Family Account,

but I can't use the Graph AP using the users/{userId}/drive/root

it can't see the account url in azure ?

Is there a difference between Family Account and Business Account Privileges for Graph API Rest ?
