Type Initialization exception occurred

Hi,
I have an visual basic application which have a very large array variables identified in the module as a Friend
When I run the application I find Type Initialization exception occurred and when I delete this variable, I find type initialization exception occurred at other variable.
Please advice, how can I solve my problem.

Lastly, make sure Option Strict is On.
