For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
- If any Office apps are open when Intune installs the app suite, the installation might fail. Please make sure all office apps are closed.
- Did you deploy the MS 365 apps to windows 10 enterprise devices?
- Please make sure that there is only one Microsoft 365 deployment delivered to the device. Multiple Microsoft 365 deployments are not currently supported.
- Please make sure that we select the correct 32-bit or 64 bit. We can install the 32-bit version on both 32-bit and 64-bit devices, but we can install the 64-bit version on 64-bit devices only.
