Azure Active Directory Creation Questions for Windows Hardware Developer Center Program Registration

Due to a change in the Microsoft Driver Signing Policy, you are attempting to register with the Windows Hardware Developer Center program to use the kernel mode driver.

There is a procedure for creating and registering Azure AD directories, and during the process, the domain input box displays an error message "This domain name is not available" (even if you try alternating between alphabetic, numeric, and uppercase).

I would like to know how to solve this problem. Or if you are familiar with the whole procedure for using the kernel mode driver, please help me.
