    Hi @Sree kanth ,

I understand that you are having issues signing up for a free trial Azure account.

Depending on which error message you encounter, there are a few reasons for why this might happen that are documented in the Azure sign-up troubleshooting guide:

If you have used an Azure subscription in the past, the Azure Terms of Use agreement limits free trial activation only for a user that's new to Azure. Additionally, if you have had any other type of Azure subscription, you can't activate a free trial. In this case, it is recommended to sign up for a Pay-As-You-Go subscription. That way you can try out different Azure features without committed to any monthly payment plans.

If you see the message, 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription', check the following:

    1) The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    2) The credit card information is correct.
    3) You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

I would recommend going through the troubleshooting guide for resolving Azure account sign-up issues.

If none of this helps and if these scenarios do not apply to your situation, you can directly file a free Azure subscription/billing ticket via aka.ms/AzurePortalHelp
